All of the mosaics made at Degroot Studios are attached with packing tape to sturdy cardboard. Please unpack your mosaics upon receiving. When removing the tape from the mosaic, hold the mosaic firmly to the cardboard with one hand and remove the tape from the tile with the other hand. Under no circumstances should you pull the mosaic from the cardboard until all the tape is removed as this will cause damage.
